Entertaining Diversity, Inc. is a production, entertainment and creative design group with an intrinsic understanding of our culturally diverse world. Through live programs, broadcasts and new media, we address issues of culture and identity that reflect our changing demographics. As consultants, we also advise companies and organizations, educational institutions, public relations and advertising agencies on diversity and cross-cultural considerations to maximize messaging and marketing goals.
Changing demographics in the US is fast and inevitable. We know how to reach diverse populations, and create powerful, progressive solutions that changes lives.
We know America, inside and out, and clearly, America knows us. The only way to reach any particular audience is to understand them. As the US population becomes more diverse, it is our job to figure out ways in which to address their needs, and educate a multicultural, multiethnic and multiracial nation. We've spent the last 17 years touring the nation, educating millions and tackling inequalities in 48 states, and close to 700 cities and towns in the US. 
Our Philosophy: There is no box
We don't bother thinking outside of the box because we believe there is no box. If you would prefer to be in a box, well, hey, that's up to you. But we trust that true creativity comes from an open mind.
When interpreting data on race or ethnicity concerns, for example, we must always assume that the categories themselves are often vague, transparent, fluid and even wildly inaccurate. It would never be fair to assume that all people that look a certain way, or speak a certain language would represent all the attributes that society places on them.
