Entertaining Diversity, Inc. is a consulting, production and creative design group with an intrinsic understanding of our culturally diverse world. Through live programs, broadcast and new media, we address issues of culture and identity that reflect our changing demographics. As consultants, we also create multimedia workshops for companies, organizations, educational institutions, public relations and advertising agencies on diversity and cross-cultural considerations to maximize messaging and marketing goals.

We started Entertaining Diversity to teach issues of diversity through entertainment, humor, and compelling intellectual and emotional sharing. That is our mission, and we make it happen over and over again, with hundreds of standing ovations from all over the United States.

The Team

Diversity from the inside out.

President and Creative Director, Teja Arboleda, M.Ed., has a wide range of experiences in teaching, facilitating, travel, producing and organizing. Arboleda is African-American/Native-American-Filipino-Chinese & German-Danish, and he grew up in Japan. He's traveled through many countries, speaks Japanese, German and English, and has facilitated dynamic presentations and workshops over 700 times in 48 states.
